The training exercises during the first two weeks of November will give you the boost you need to navigate any occasion, vacation, special event or holiday alcohol-free!  Please take a moment to schedule time in your day for the next two weeks to devote to this training, just like you would the gym, or a class.

Here is what you can expect:

  • A daily e-mail with a link to each day’s content
  • Worksheets, meditations and journal prompts to internalize the topics and tactics
  • Training exercises to strengthen your mind and challenge your thoughts and beliefs around alcohol
  • A 1-1 Coaching call where you can ask questions, bring up your snags and get coached!
  • A private facebook community of like-minded people to cheer you on! Hearing from others and posting yourself is encouraging and empowering as we all grow together! 

Although the program is two weeks, you will have unlimited access to the training materials, plenty of time to revisit, review, hone, and practice to reach your goals!
